We provide graphite electrodes with reasonable price and excellent quality, especially for producing high-pressure carbon graphite electrodes and high-pressure graphite electrodes for electric arc furnace and ladle furnace. Our company sells graphite electrodes with high volume density, low resistivity, low specific consumption and high content of needle coke.

We offer carbon GEs to steel mills in Italy, South Africa, Chile, South Korea, Viet Nam and Romania since 2010.

Graphite electrode is made of high-quality low ash materials, such as petroleum coke, needle coke and coal pitch. after calcining, burdening, kneading, forming, baking and pressure impregnation, graphitization and then precision machined with professional CNC machining. such of the products own characteristics with low resistivity, good electrical conductivity ,low ash, compact structure, good anti oxidation and high mechanical strength, so it is the best conductive material for electric arc furnace and smelting furnace.

The varieties and specifications of graphite electrodes used in the process of steelmaking in a modern EAF are largely a function of its technical parameters. In the wake of the technological advance of EAFs, steelmaking technologies have a tendency to become large-scale and ultra-high-power and, therefore, large-scale graphite electrodes and UHP ones prevail. In general, RP graphite electrodes and HP graphite electrodes are most commonly used in a EAF. However, the usage of UHP ones has increased year by year, and they account for nearly 50% of the total consumption. In addition to this, diameters of our graphite electrodes range from 300—500mm, and lengths of our graphite electrodes range from 1600-2700mm.
